I found a very simple way to rate Blogger post with a useful script deployed from Outbrain.
You can see the result below each post on my blog. Before to change your code, save a copy of your template to avoid problems... Then, edit your blogger template and flag the checkbox "Expand Widget Models". Find this line of code:

... and copy and paste this code below:

This script can be also used with other blog platform. You have only to change the line of code
var OutbrainPermaLink="<data:post.url/>";
...changing <data:post.url/> with the post link you want to rate.
